We're looking for retail sales assistants to join our small but fun team! Tiny Trader is a busy baby/kids shop located at Robina Town Centre. We stock all of the best brands for maternity, babies and kids! Specialising in products from pregnancy right up to school.  If you are passionate about the products we sell, have experience with babies/children (even your own) and have strong retail experience then this might be the perfect position for you! 

Qualifications & experience

• Retail sales experience essential
• Experience with products for babies/children highly regarded - personal or professional experience.
• Experience processing and packing online orders highly regarded!

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers who visit our store.
• Maintain a high standard of store presentation.
• Provide knowledge and information on the products we sell.
• Work towards KPI's and customer service targets.
• Must be available across a variety of hours and not limited to weekends/school hours.
